Andrew Buchanan has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years, with a strong focus on fire-resistant spray systems, surface preparation, building compliance, and passive firestopping. Over that time, he’s managed a wide range of projects across different sectors, always keeping safety and compliance at the core of the work.

He has in-depth knowledge of all fire stopping systems, specialising in vermiculite and intumescent coatings. Andrew knows how to get application processes right so they perform properly and stand the test of time. His background in all aspects of construction and building compliance means he can balance practical site know-how with the regulatory side of the job.
