Rob’s career began in London, where he quickly distinguished himself through his exceptional understanding of tested systems, relevant standards, and building codes. His professional progression demonstrates both technical mastery and business acumen, having worked in roles including: Hands-on installation specialist, Project manager in both construction and passive fire protection companies Division manager for a fire service company Founder and owner of Ash Passive Fire Solutions (established 2006)

Under Rob’s leadership, Ash Passive Fire Solutions has expanded its operations beyond its New South Wales origins to include offices in Queensland, with projects successfully completed throughout Australia. This growth reflects both the quality of service provided and Rob’s strategic vision for the company.
